The White House promised to pass the encryption and transparency bill in September

The White House has indicated that a bill on encryption and transparency will be passed in September. Patrick Witt called the Trump Government “a full commitment” to the passage of the bill and added that the United States “cannot wait forever”. The bill will be tested for 60 votes on 15 September。
