ARP Digital obtained a Dubai VARA broker license

According to Cointelegraph, the institutional digital asset infrastructure provider, ARP Digital, obtained a brokering licence issued by the Dubai Virtual Assets Control Authority (VARA) and was granted permission to do so in the United Arab Emirates. The licence covers Emirates enterprises, capital market participants and qualified investors, including the exchange of stable currency with dirhams. This is the second regulatory permit that ARP Digital obtained in the Gulf region, which has processed over $3.5 billion in transactions in Bahrain and served more than 450 institutional clients, with a fourfold increase in business volume in 2025。
