The U.S. judge has asked the United States Post Office to execute a Trumpkin executive order restricting the mailing of votes

On 12 August, at local time, a United States federal judge ordered that the United States Postal Service be prohibited from restricting the mailing of votes pursuant to an executive order of United States President Trump. On 31 March, the President of the Republic of the United States of America, Trump, issued an executive order instructing the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to compile a list of citizens eligible to vote in a state, while prohibiting the United States Postal Service from processing ballot papers from non-listed voters. The 23 states of the Democratic Party and the capital, Washington, D.C., subsequently sued the executive for unconstitutionality. On 25 June, a federal judge from the Boston region of the United States suspended the enforcement of the administrative order. On 25 July, the United States First Federal Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the sentence and continued to prohibit the enforcement of the executive order.
