New York City Council investigation into marketing by Kalshi, Polymarket, Coinbase and Gemini Titan

According to The Block, the New York City Council sent letters to Kalshi, Polymarket, Coinbase and Gemini Titan to launch a survey of the forecast market platform, focusing on false, deceptive or abusive marketing for young users. The New York City Council will review the allegation that Polymucket was charged with paying social media creators to film fake bets and fake profit promotion videos at off-site sites.
