Goldman Sachs bought Neos at $2.25 billion, with an increase of about $30 billion
Goldman Sachs has agreed to purchase Neos Investments at a maximum of $2.25 billion, a deal that would add approximately $30 billion in assets to its asset management operations and 19 ETFs based on options only. In its bulletin of 12 August, Goldman Sachs stated that the final payment would depend on the performance and service commitments in the acquisition agreement. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027 and requires regulatory approval. This acquisition will bring the total assets of Goldman Sachs to over US$ 130 billion, and approximately US$ 80 billion will be spent on the actively managed ETF。
