THE ARIZONA ENCRYPTION ATM ACT CAME INTO EFFECT, AND 35 VICTIMS RECEIVED $171.332 MILLION IN REFUNDS
According to Cointelegraph, the Arizona encryption ATM law has helped 35 victims of fraud to obtain a total refund of $171.332 million since its entry into force in September 2025. Under Act 2387 of the House of Representatives, the encryption terminal operator is required to refund the eligible new client and the victim is required to contact the operator and the law enforcement agencies and report within 30 days.
