BITCOIN DEVELOPERS COMPLETE BIP-54 TO REPAIR CONSENSUS RISK

Bitcoin news reports that Bitcoin developers have completed the BIP-54 “consensus cleanup” norm, which does not add new functions by repairing four types of consensus risk, namely, time-distorting attacks, maliciously high-costed blocks, Merkle for 64-bit transactions and repeating coinbase transactions.
