Live Digital Technologies failed to submit the VAT dispute to the second quarter 10-Q
The value-added tax dispute over the Swedish value-added tax (VAT) dispute failed to submit 10-Q on schedule for the second quarter of the year for a tax assessment of approximately SEK 765.6 million (approximately US$ 8.5 million). The company expects to collect approximately $79 million per quarter, an increase of 73 per cent over the same period, driven mainly by increased computing power and the start of HPC contracts to contribute revenue。
