Forward Industries net loss of $69 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, affected by SOL impairment
According to Beincrypto, Forward Industries, a company listed in NASDAQ, announced a net loss of $69 million in the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, mainly as a result of impairment due to fair value adjustments made by the United States General Accounting Standards for the holdings of Solana assets. At the end of the season, the company held approximately 7.55 million SOLs, an increase of 9 per cent over each SOL stock holding ring to 0.0730 times over half a million SOLs through purchase and pledge and repurchase of 2.5 million shares. This season, which saw a four-fold to $10.8 million increase over the same period, was mainly from SOL pledge and other funds operating income.
