The U.S. judge dismissed the Tramp government's lawsuit against Harvard University

On 14 August, Richard Sterns, a United States District Court judge in Massachusetts, dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Trump Government against Harvard University. The lawsuit accused Harvard University of failing to protect Jewish and Israeli students from harassment. In its ruling, Struensee stated that the proceedings initiated by the Trump administration in March of this year did not provide reasonable evidence of ongoing violations of federal civil rights law on Harvard campus.
