MORGAN CHASE Q2 PLUS BITCOIN, ETF:IBIT HOLD 25%, ETHA HOLD THREE TIMES MORE
On 14 August, the latest 13F document submitted by Chase Morgan to the United States SEC showed that, as at 30 June, it held approximately 10.4 million Belet IBITs, an increase of about 25 per cent over the quarter of the previous quarter of approximately 8.3 million shares, and disclosed a warehouse value of approximately $356 million. During the same period, its warehouse at Belet Etha increased from approximately 267,000 to approximately 1.17 million, a more than three-fold increase and its size more than four times. It also revealed for the first time a small number of holdings of XRP investment products, including 181 ashscale XRP products and 113 Bitwise XRP ETF. According to Jonathan Randin, Senior Market Analyst, PrimeXBT, the 13F covers 18 investment management entities under Morgan Chase, some of which may be related to customer transactions or inventory management, while 13F does not disclose empty positions, and therefore cannot judge Morgan Chase ' s net opening or directional view of BTC, ETH on the basis of these multiple silos alone. In addition, during the second quarter, Chase Morgan reduced the number of Bitcoin mining companies. Randin states that, as some mining companies expand towards AI and high performance calculations, their attributes as price agents for bitcoin are diminishing。
