Africa Finance Corporation issued $431 million in digital bonds for the first time in African institutions

The Africa Finance Corporation issued a digital bond of 350 million Swiss francs (approximately $431 million) through the SIX SDX platform. This was the first time that African institutions issued digital bonds through the Central Securities Deposit Agency (CSD) and the Exchange. The five-year bond billing rate was 1.4925 per cent, arranged by the Commercial Bank of Germany (Commerzbank AG) and Deutsche Bank。
