Russian Ministry of Defence: Russian air defence systems shot down 822 Ukrainian drones at night over Russia

The Russian Ministry of Defence stated on 16 December that Russian air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 822 Ukrainian drones at night over Russia. According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, “overnight, the operational air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 822 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aircraft over the waters of the Bergorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kalo California, Kursk, Lipetsk, Lower Novgorod, Orol, Rostov, Ryazan, Temple, Moscow, Krasnodar border region, Crimean Republic, Black Sea and Azov Sea”。
