Bitwise CEO: Encrypted investors return to their basics and bid off market value ranking
Chief Executive Officer Hunter Horsley stated that encrypted investors were gradually returning to basics, beginning to focus on income, use and value capture rather than relying solely on market market value rankings. He noted that, in the past, investors had often valued the emerging Layer-1 network as a small part of a large block chain, but that this approach was losing influence. Investors are now more concerned with the locationable market, the rate of adoption and the economic value the project can capture. Horsley also mentioned that HyperLiquid was an example where investors could assess their tokens through their transactions and economics, rather than viewing them as a shrinking version of another block chain. The trader in Wintermute, Jasper de Maere, also stated that fundamentals and trade flows were important in different time frames, and that in the past 12 to 18 months, investors had shifted their focus from infrastructure to application and application chains that were more in line with financial science and technology and risk investment frameworks。
