Cardano released Dijkstra Era Road Map: First phase of Q4 launch 2026

On 17 August, Cardano published the Dijkstra Era Phased Hard-Script Road Map, the first phase of which is planned to complete the code and enter the main network in the fourth quarter of 2026 and to upgrade it to the protocol version.12 The focus is on the functions of Ouroboros Linear Leios, Nested Transports, PlutusV4 Script Context and the building structure and protocol parameters required for Peras; the second phase is planned to activate Ouroboros Peras through Dijkstra Era internal hard-script fork in the second quarter of 2027 to expedite the final confirmation of the transaction. The above-mentioned time frame is only for code completion and master web readiness, and the actual main line is subject to preview, pre-protection testing and governance approval on the DRep, SPO and Constitutional Council chains。
