Chainalysis sued the United States Government, and TRM Labs intervened as co-defendant

Chainalysis government settlements sued the United States Government before the United States Federal Claims Court, claiming that the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) had bypassed the competitive process in awarding the TRM Labs contract and requested the court to prevent the act. TRM Labs has joined the litigation as an intervening party to defend the award of the contract, and oral arguments are scheduled for 2 September。
