Alphabet is considering a first-time Australian dollar bond to support the expansion of AI infrastructure
According to Bloomberg, Alphabet has engaged banks to arrange for the first Australian dollar bond issue, which may cover four periods of up to 20 years. Alphabet had issued $25 billion in bonds this month and had raised $85 billion through equity financing. Morgan Stanley expects global AI-related bond issuance to be close to $570 billion in 2026。
