Report: Total market value of stable currency dropped to about $30.83 billion in July, with three consecutive months of net outflows

On 17 August, CryptoRank Research published a report that the total market value of the stabilization currency in July was about $308.3 billion, down by about 1 per cent from June, and had remained between $300 billion and $320 billion for 10 months in a row; a cumulative outflow of approximately $13.3 billion between May and July was the longest round of stabilization currency outflows since 2022 and 2023. USDT and USDC use is further polarized. In July, the number of transactions in the USDT chain reached an all-time high of 861.4 million, an increase of 11.4 per cent over the ring; the number of USDC transactions fell to 656.7 million. With regard to the value of the chain transfers, USDC is about $3.6 trillion ahead of USDT by $1.4 trillion, or 2.6 times the latter. The use of stabilization currency payments continued to grow, with the value of stabilization currency payment cards exceeding $1 billion for the first time in July, to approximately $1,084 million, representing an increase of 15.9 per cent in the ring; of this, USDC value added increased by 46 per cent, significantly above 7 per cent of USDT. In addition, in July, the area of payments was financed by approximately $244 million, the second largest in the scale of financing for the encryption industry。
