The United States prosecution has committed 25 per cent of the monthly return to men, resulting in damages of over $165 million

According to Reuters, the United States prosecution indicted Edward Zimbardi, a 59-year-old man, for having lost more than $165 million by pledging 25 per cent of the return to over 6,000 investors worldwide through the “the crypto programme”. According to the prosecution, Zimbardi did not buy an advertising package as promised, but instead used funds for foreign exchange speculation, personal expenses and early investors. Zimbardi fled to Fiji in 2025, was recently repatriated to the United States and faced multiple charges of telecommunications fraud, money-laundering and money-laundering conspiracy。
