Decred found a security breach and advised miners to suspend mining and voting

The old POW block chain project Decred (DCR) indicated that a security gap had been identified and that a restoration patch was expected to be released on 18 August. For security reasons, it was officially recommended that miners and associated users suspend mining and voting until the upgrade was completed. At present, Decred has not disclosed the details of the loopholes nor reported losses of the related assets。
