Chainalysis sued the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service and challenged its award of $94.6 million to TRM Labs

Chainalysis Government Solutions filed an action against the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE) for the award of $94.6 million to TRM Labs, challenging the procurement decision to be reasonable and arbitrary. Chainalysis filed a protest with the United States Federal Claims Court on 27 July concerning a one-year contract for the Homeland Security Task Force. TRM Labs intervened on 28 July to defend the contract with the United States Government. The Court has scheduled oral arguments on 2 September and has requested the Government to take a decision no later than 10 September。
