Allium of the block chain data platform submitted a communication on the SEC market structure rules
Wu stated that it had been informed that Allium, the block chain data platform, had indicated that a letter of opinion had been submitted regarding the United States SEC ' s consideration of adjusting market structure rules such as Reg NMS Rule 611. In the view of Allium, Rule 611 was primarily used to prevent transactions from being entered into at a price that was inferior to the open offer in other markets and did not amount to an “best execution” obligation. As transactions spread to exchanges, ATS, internal linkages and chain markets, it is difficult to compare the quality of implementation of different systems with price-based standards alone. Allium recommended that a uniform framework for quality measurement and disclosure of implementation covering traditional financial and chain markets be established to improve comparability and transparency between different trading sites。
