Robinwood CEO: Stock monetization will evolve in the future

According to Robinwood CEO Vlad Tenev, currently Robinwood ' s stock tokens have not been introduced in the United States, but its overseas stock token operations have covered more than 120 countries and territories, providing over 190 United States-owned economic openings, supported by the corresponding stock of 1:1. Existing stock tokens provide economic benefits in the chain, including dividends, but are not equivalent to directly held shares. In Tenev ' s view, the monetization of shares would result in real-time settlements, 24/7 transactions, autonomous hosting of assets and cross-platform transfers, and could be used for DeFi lending and trading collateral. As the regulatory framework evolves, the structure of future monetized shares may further evolve, including by giving holders the same complete rights as traditional shares. He stated that the existing securities regulatory system in the United States was largely built around traditional market infrastructure and that the relevant rules needed to be adjusted to support the development of monetization while preserving the requirements of investor protection and market integrity。
