ZeroStack Corp. announced that it would enter into a $1 billion M-currency infusion deal with Puple AI Inc. and Blockcat Pte. Ltd. in exchange for 3.5 million shares of ZeroStack's common shareholding and the obligating of 36,198.93 million shares of common shareholding at $25.19 per share. The infusion of 92,595,926 M tokens was valued at $1.08 per item, and Rudy Rong will be President of ZeroStack。
