HTX RESPONDED TO COMMUNITY FEEDBACK THAT NO OFFICIAL BEHAVIOUR HAD BEEN DETECTED

In response to community feedback, HTX-related officials “received drug disposal transfers from HTX at some addresses” indicated that the platform had checked internal accounts, did not detect any official actions and denied that some of the recent chain operations related to HTX. Studies have found that some of the user funds remain permanently frozen in Kraken, with known cases involving a maximum of about $4.2 million, thus not excluding the affected users from taking autonomous measures to defend their rights. HTX has established a Kraken user group to collect relevant cases and states that the Platform will only cooperate with law enforcement agencies to freeze the accounts involved and will not actively interfere with the use of user assets。
