Parts 0 and 1 of the Harmony chain have reached the quorum and the second phase of rollback has been activated. Validators who have completed the first phase are required to operate in accordance with official guidelines, and the team will update the progress once it has been confirmed that the network is healthy, the blocks are being properly produced and finalized.
