BitMart: A potential reorganization plan is being developed to partially resume operations in phases

BitMart announced that a potential reorganization plan was being developed as an alternative to full closure. The plan may include a partial resumption of operations in stages under orderly arrangements and distribution to creditors, but further legal, financial, operational and regulatory assessments are required. BitMart has appointed White & Case as a restructured legal adviser to assist in the assessment of viable options and the development of a restructuring and phased resumption of operations framework. BitMart stated that a road map was currently being developed with consultants and that further updates would be sought by 9 September 2026。
