Analyst: Sandmark tests found that coins are still allowed to register in EU countries

According to Bitcoin.com news, the encryption analysis platform Sandmark was tested on 19 August and found that currency is still allowed to register and authenticate users in Austria, France, Germany, Spain and Belgium and that accounts can use services such as receiving encrypted currency deposits. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) required unauthorized institutions to stop opening accounts and marketing services for EU clients by 1 July. It indicated that relevant licences were still being advanced and that measures had been taken to bring products and services into line with the applicable legal regulatory framework。
