Both the Upbit and Bithumb exchanges in Korea suspended SAND

On 22 August, the Korea Encrypted Currency Exchange, Upbit and Bithumb, suspended SAND refilling and cashing services. Upbit stated that the discovery on 22 August of a suspected security problem in the SAND network could lead to increased price volatility and alert users to prudent transactions; Bithumb likewise issued a risk alert.
