SUBMISSION OF THE FIFTH ZEC SPOT ETF AMENDMENT TO THE EC ON GREYSCALE

On 22 August, a fifth ZECETF amendment was submitted to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on Greyscale, formally changing the name of the trust from Grayscale Zcash Trust (ZEC) to The Zcash ETF with the stock code ZCSH and listing in NYSE Arca. The version requests recognition of the sponsors ' fees (Sponsor's Fee) at 2.5 per cent per annum and the full amount of Sponsor's Fee is used to support the marketing activities of the trust and the Zcash network within 12 months of the sponsor ' s planned entry into force。
