Iranian hackers stormed the British power plant, as did the 12 U.S. water facilities
In July this year, according to the British Daily Telegraph, a hacker linked to Iran launched an unprecedented cyber attack that led to the closure of a British power plant for four days. Meanwhile, a series of attacks on the United States water infrastructure last month affected 12 states and attracted White House attention. The power plants affected were relatively small, with the United Kingdom having dozens of small power plants, many of which operated intermittently.
