FRANKLIN TEMPLETON OBTAINED SEC APPROVAL TO INCLUDE TOKENIZED ASSETS IN TRADITIONAL INVESTMENT FUNDS
According to Bloomberg, Franklin Templeton received the first SEC approval to include tokenized assets in traditional investment funds. Benji, its block-chain-based money market fund, can now be held as collateral in ETFs and mutual funds, introducing monetized assets into portfolios that never considered them. This may take effect as early as the fourth quarter of 2026。
