SGP-0001 to 0003 of the Solana Certification Proposal

On 24 August, Solana Developments commented that voting had begun on the Solana Certification Proposal SGP-0001, SGP-0002 and SGP-0003. The vote will continue until the end of epoch 1023. The three proposals are: SGP-0001 (through the Solana Constitution, activate the governance mechanisms on the chain), SGP-0002 (to increase the deflation rate from the current -15% to -30%), SGP-0003 (restructuring the base transaction costs, divided into a fixed basis to be paid to the blockers, and 100% of the cost of independent resources to be destroyed at the transaction cost)。
