Korea plans to introduce the Digital Assets Basic Law this fall to speed up encryption legislation

THE SUPREME FINANCIAL REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF KOREA IS PLANNING TO LAUNCH THE DIGITAL ASSETS BASIC LAW THIS AUTUMN TO ACCELERATE THE DISCUSSION OF ENCRYPTED CURRENCY LEGISLATION. THE BILL WILL COVER REGULATORY RULES IN SUCH AREAS AS STABLE CURRENCY ISSUANCE, VASP LICENCES AND BITCOIN ETF。
