The United States Treasury Department has included five industries, including digital assets, in the scope of secondary sanctions

The United States Department of the Treasury announced the inclusion of five industries, namely, digital assets, technology, gold, aviation and shipping, within the scope of potential secondary sanctions, and the suspension of a general licence to pay part of the remittances to Iran。
