United States Department of the Treasury: sanctions against nearly 60 entities, individuals and ships associated with Iran

On 25 August, the United States Treasury Department stated that sanctions had been imposed on nearly 60 entities, individuals and vessels associated with Iran, involving nuclear, missile, network and oil networks. Five industry areas have been identified for possible secondary sanctions: digital assets, technology, gold, aviation and shipping. General permits for partial remittance payments to Iran have been suspended。
