The U.S. offered a reward to senior Iranian military officials

On 25 August, on the occasion of increased sanctions against Iran, the United States Government issued a reward of up to $10 million on 24 August to solicit information on senior Iranian armed forces officials, such as Commander-in-Chief Ahmad Wahid of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Iran. According to information posted on the website of the United States Department of State, a total of five individuals have been targeted by the United States, including Ali Abdullahi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, and Sayid Agajani, Commander of the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard Force drone command, in addition to Wahid.
