On 25 August, BIT Office published a daily graph analysis that the proposed new regulation for the regulation of encrypted assets of the SEC could provide a security registration exemption for some encrypted asset financing activities, thus creating conditions for a new round of currency movements. According to the proposal, two types of exemptions are applicable to eligible issuances: the first is a one-time exemption, with a total financing of up to $5 million over four years; the second allows the issuer to finance up to $75 million within any 12-month period. Both exemptions were accompanied by disclosure requirements, of which the second category also required financial statements and continued reporting obligations. After the news was released, some of the tokens rose significantly, and PUMP almost doubled in one week. If the regulatory programme eventually land, the prospects for encrypted token financing and market development or further improvement。
