Nebraska will vote on the online sports lottery, and Kalshi and Polymarket are in place

Nebraska will vote on two online sports lottery proposals on 3 November. The proposal was submitted and certified by Tax Relief Nebraska to authorize online lottery and establish a tax framework. Fanduel and Draftkings each invested $3.5 million, and Warhorse has signed contracts with Fanduel, Draftkings and MGM. Kalshi and Polymarket have offered sports contracts in Nebraska, and the state has yet to prosecute both. The bill proposes to use 70 per cent of the lottery tax for a real estate tax credit, which is expected to generate $87 million in revenue over five years, and to limit the number of operating platforms and the need for servers to be located in Nebraska。
