Bitdeer and Soluna are working on a 28 MW joint mining cooperation

On 26 August, Dory Creek, a subsidiary of Bitdeer, will deploy its own Sealminer A2 ProAir miner to Project Kati1 at the wind and power data centre in Soluna, U.S. County, Texas, from September 2026, with an expected access to 28MMW power and approximately 1.93 ETH/sbitcoin mining capacity. The cooperation will use the share of proceeds model, with Soluna responsible for the site, electricity and day-to-day operation, Bitdeer providing and holding the mine, and the parties allocating the bitcoin proceeds of the mine output. The total capacity of Kati1 is 83 MW, of which 48 MW is currently used by Galaxy Digital for mining in Bitcoin。
