Analyst: The attackers used the Cosmos EVM loophole to steal $50 million in NES, making a real profit of $60,000

According to In-A early release monitoring, the attackers used the Cosmos EVM sharing module gap to steal $50 million in NES coins, which actually benefited only $60,000 because of insufficient liquidity. The attacker's address was 0x9ae7...... at an initial cost of $250,000 to purchase NES and use the gap to increase the balance and turn $50 million NES across the chain back to the Ether. The attackers encountered a serious slippage in DEX-to-NES, which actually cost US$ 255,000 to launch the attack, with a cash balance of US$ 315,000 and a net profit of approximately US$ 60,000. Another Cosmos EVM chain was subjected to similar attacks of $1.4 million, and Bubblemaps judged that the two incidents were from different attackers。
