Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran: U.S. policy towards Iran is a farce

On 27 August, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Baghae, stated that the United States policy towards Iraq was “a complete farce”. In a social media post on the same day, Baggae stated that the United States had sought help from Bahrain to prove that its so-called “coalition” was working, but that there was almost no meaningful economic exchange between Bahrain and Iran. At the same time, the United States has declared “stop” sports and academic exchanges with Iran, which have largely stalled. Baggae criticized the United States for imposing additional sanctions on those who had already been sanctioned and for packaging the “empty rack” into “alliance”。
