Havenex seeks Austrian approval. Round A is almost complete

Havenex is an Austrian company advised by Kostas "Kryptos" Chalkias, a co-founder of SUI. The company indicated on 26 August that it was close to completing its A round of financing and was seeking regulatory authorization. Chalkias announced the project through social media and described Havenex as an infrastructure for providing financial institutions with digital and traditional financial assets. The Havenex website shows that the platform is being authorized by the Austrian Financial Markets Authority and has not yet disclosed the scale of the financing, the investors involved, the valuation or the expected date of closure. Chalkias stated that Havenex had applied for all the required licences and planned to provide white-marked infrastructure to support services such as trade, custody, pledge, monetization, clearing and wallet infrastructure. The project is committed to supporting verifiable custodianship, continuous proof of solvency, multi-signature control and hardware-based double-factor certification. Havenex has not yet issued an independent security audit or technical file, and future verifiable milestones will be FMA authorization and final round A disclosure。
