Barat Oil Company, India: 9 million tons of annual capacity at Andhra Pradesh refinery

The director of Barat Oil Company India stated that the planned Andhra Pradesh refinery would achieve 9 million tons of annual capacity, 35 per cent of which would be used for petrochemical production。
