Iranian officials: Iran has prepared a list of its terms and conditions

On 28 August, the Secretary of the Supreme State Security Council of Iran, Rezai, stated that Iran was ready to prepare a list of conditions to be imposed on the United States and that it now allowed vessels to pass on a temporary basis through a particular channel between the Strait of Hormuz, subject to a memorandum of understanding with the United States in the future.
