The EIP-8141 proposal was confirmed by the Ether House Core Developer as including Hegotá upgrade

On 28 August, the community decided to reschedule the Account's abstraction proposal EIP-8141 from the “consideration” status to the “scheduled” status, as suggested by Nixo.eth, the Tokyo Core Developer, confirming that the abstraction of the Account would be advanced as a priority function for the Hegotá upgrade. In addition, another programme, EIP-8130, was launched on Base in September, triggering discussions to avoid the abstract division of the L1 and L2 accounts. Two EIP authors and core developers are currently working to achieve a unified programme without delay in upgrading. The change in status meant that the function had entered the Hegotá upgrade plan, but the specific norms could still change significantly. EIP-8130 is known to be the Native AA proposal by Chris Hunter of Base, whose objective is to put smart account capabilities directly into the agreement, rather than relying on abundler and EntryPoint, as in ERC-4337。
