Brian Armstrong: The U.S. needs to adopt Clarity Act to clarify the code for the encryption industry

On 29 August, Brian Armstrong wrote on platform X that one of the simplest ways to interpret encrypted money was to provide faster, cheaper and more efficient financial services. The traditional financial system was born around the 1970s and, in some cases, still operates on outmoded large machines. This is also why essential functions such as weekend transfers or low-cost wire transfers remain unattainable. The United States needs to adopt the Clarity Act to clarify the rules that lead the industry, rather than let outdated systems and uncertainties prevail。
