THE EIP-8141 ACCOUNT IS BEING UPGRADED IN AN ABSTRACT MANNER BY ITS CORE DEVELOPER

EIP-8141 has been arranged by its core developers to upgrade the EIP-8141 account in abstract terms, moving from “consideration” to “arranged”, which means that the account in abstract terms is expected to be launched with the Hegotá upgrade. This was done against the background of the emergence of EIP-8130 as a competitive design, which was scheduled to go online in September in Base, raising concerns about standard fragmentation between L1 and L2. Developers are working towards a shared transaction standard that, while retaining L1 flexibility, allows L2 to optimize performance and resist DOS attacks, with the goal of achieving interoperability of accounts in the Taifow ecosystem。
