The American Association of Independent Community Bankers demands a total ban on the Stabilisation Currency Award
According to Bitcoin News, the Independent Community Banker Association of the United States (ICBA) has called for a total ban on the Stabilisation Currency Incentive in Clarity Act against limiting the incentive to a compromise solution based only on use rather than possession. The CEO and CEO of ICBA, CEO Rebecca Romero Rainey, stated that this “facility” had to be completely closed, and that currency stabilization could lead to the outflow of approximately $1.3 trillion of deposits out of the banking system, thereby reducing local lending by about $85 billion. It has been reported that the opposition of the Community Bank has prompted Republican Senators Josh Hawley and Jerry Moran to oppose the current version of Clarity Act, further undermining the prospect of the bill gaining 60 votes in the Senate。
