Ethena Foundation closed the investors' lock and proposed 95 per cent of net revenue to repurchase ENA

The Ethena Foundation buys back some of the seed-wheeler investors ENA through off-site trades and has entered into agreements with major investors to end the attribution arrangements ahead of time, and no investor's tokens are in lockouts as of 5 October. Ethena Labs and the Foundation intend to attribute intellectual property rights and economic gains to foundations and tokens for ecological governance. The Foundation launched a governance proposal to spend 95 per cent of its net income from USDE savings, white-marked stabilization coins and Ethena X core operations on procedural repurchase of ENA and 5 per cent on business growth after the USDE milestones have been reached。
